Puffy Eye Surgery

32 year-old woman with significant puffy eye bags. She informed me she had “bags” under her eyes since she was in her early 20s. She had always wanted these lower eyelid treatment but she was understandably concerned to find a surgeon for puffy eye surgery she could trust. After consulting with Dr. Chandler, she underwent an outpatient puffy eyes with hidden internal incisions (Tran’s conjunctival blepharoplasty). She had fat removal and contouring surgery with great care to retain her beautiful eyelid shape. She was overjoyed with her result. Results shown with no Photoshop or retouching.
